Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Band 5 and Band 6 NMC Registered Nurses for a wide range of temporary placements in London, Kent and beyond. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate excellent clinical skills. As an experienced NMC Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Duties • Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms. • Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. • Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice while adhering to ethical guidelines. Pay • BAND 5 - Up to £626 per shift • BAND 6 - Up to £743 per shift Fast weekly pay paid directly via BACS.
