Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Band 5 and Band 6 NMC Registered Nurses for a wide range of temporary placements in London, Kent and beyond. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate excellent clinical skills. As an experienced NMC Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Duties • Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms. • Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. • Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice while adhering to ethical guidelines. Experience/Requirements • Qualified and Registered with the NMC with valid PIN • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating strong patient care skills; • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for effective patient assessment and care planning; • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay • BAND 5 - Up to £626 per shift • BAND 6 - Up to £743 per shift Fast weekly pay paid directly via BACS.
