The Main Duties Are:
● To complete all Health and Safety Checks on daily basis.
● To be responsible for completing a good standard of daily logs.
● To safely administered medication and recorded correctly.
● To complete safeguarding logbook in line with company policy.
● Ensure effective handovers are conducted, including de-briefs.
● To promote and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
● Use any personal skills, you may have to maximise opportunity for each child.
● Attend regular supervision sessions as required.

● Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
● To maintain good relationships and co-operate with external agencies.
● To develop a responsible attitude with young people regarding the fabric, furnishings, equipment, supplies, and services in/out of the home.
● To support young people in all domestic aspects of their personal space and the communal area of the home.
● To demonstrate both sensitivity and appropriate assertiveness.
● To carry out the duties of the post in a mature and responsible manner, seeking and receiving support as necessary.
