We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our friendly team at Nami Sushi Bar in Tooting Market, London. Responsibilities: • Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes., • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation., • Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness., • Manage stock and minimise food waste., • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency., • Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef., • Good knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation., • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team., • Reliable, organised, and passionate about food., • Right to work in the UK.
