The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping Pens future within the Specialty market, working alongside a highly skilled and motivated team.How you'll make an impactManage a panel of around 20 key broker relationships, focusing on Specialty classes such as Marine (various classes), Professional Indemnity, Solicitors PI, Corporate Cyber, Clean Energy, Technology, and London Market Casualty.The broker panel will consist of both pure Specialty brokers and national/consolidator brokers with Specialty divisions.Drive organic growth for Pen, with a specific focus on the Specialty classes of business within the assigned broker panel.Collaborate across Pens three trading divisions, requiring exceptional stakeholder management skills at both Executive and Executive-minus-one levels.This is a customer-facing role, requiring significant time spent in the market with brokers.
