Our doors stay open until 4am, so this Cocktail Waiter/Waitress role is ideal for someone who thrives in late-night luxury environments. The Role – Cocktail Waiter/Waitress We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic nightlife team. You will deliver exceptional service, manage a busy section, and elevate the guest experience in one of London’s most exciting late-night venues. Key Responsibilities • Deliver warm, attentive, high-energy service throughout the night., • Maintain and prepare your section to an impeccable standard., • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Bund and Shanghai-Me’s concept, cocktails, and service style., • Take detailed and accurate guest orders, including dietary considerations., • Work seamlessly with runners, bartenders, and the management team., • Keep waiter stations polished, stocked, and ready for peak service., • Manage orders and payments accurately using the POS system., • Support the team with guest feedback and ongoing service improvement.
