Assists Managers in food service, refills beverages, clears tables, responds to guest needs, maintains dining area cleanliness Service support, Cleanliness, Guest assistance, Team coordination, Standard compliance, Polishing, Plate Setup, Table Setup, Pass Setup, Bathroom Checks during shift Tables served per shift, Service time standards met (>95%), Zero spillage incidents, Guest satisfaction, Teamwork rating • Assist Food & Bar Pass Guardians in delivering food and beverage service, • Refill beverages promptly and anticipate guest needs, • Clear tables efficiently and maintain dining area cleanliness, • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, • Maintain proper service etiquette and timing standards, • Follow standard operating procedures for service delivery, • Support team members during peak service periods, • Communicate special requests and dietary requirements to kitchen, • Ensure proper table setup and reset between covers, • Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials, • Handle service equipment with care to minimize breakage
