Key Responsibilities Greet guests with genuine warmth and seat them promptly at their tables Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our dining offerings Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are carefully noted Deliver food and beverages to tables with meticulous attention to presentation and timing Maintain impeccable table settings and cleanliness throughout service Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns Process payments accurately and professionally, handling cash and card transactions with care Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery Uphold Hotel California's high standards of appearance, professionalism, and conduct Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown as required Support team members to create a cohesive and collaborative work environment What We're Looking For A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our high service standards Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods while remaining energetic and engaged Reliability and professionalism – punctuality and consistency are essential A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our guests Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables with composure Previous hospitality experience is valued but not essential – we invest in training dedicated individuals who share our vision Why Join Hotel California?
