This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so we are looking for someone who is quick on their feet, works well under pressure, and thrives as part of a team. Our restaurant has over 450 seats and serves approximately 2,000 guests per week, so efficiency, organisation, and a positive attitude are essential.
