Job Description:
As a waitress at ochi Cuisine , you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking accurate food and drink orders
Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
Checking on guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any issues
Processing payments and providing correct change or receipts
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of tables and dining area
Collaborating with kitchen staff and other restaurant servers
Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
