What You’ll Do • Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire learning and support pupils to reach their full potential., • Create and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) and personalised learning programmes., • Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs., • Create a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to succeed., • Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing, resilience, independence and positive behaviour through relationship-based practice., • Work collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent, holistic support., • Organise stimulating learning environments, resources and sensory experiences that encourage curiosity and engagement., • Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting curriculum development and continuous school improvement. About You • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential., • Primary teaching qualification or degree is essential., • Experience in EYFS and multi-sensory approaches to teaching is highly desirable., • Experience working with children and young people with SEN, SEMH or complex needs is desirable., • A creative, adaptable and nurturing teacher who can personalise learning to meet individual needs., • A calm, patient and resilient professional who builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues., • Passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every child achieve their full potential., • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
