What You’ll Do • Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire learning and support pupils to reach their full potential., • Create and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) and personalised learning programmes., • Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs., • Create a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to succeed., • Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing, resilience, independence and positive behaviour through relationship-based practice., • Work collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent, holistic support., • Organise stimulating learning environments, resources and sensory experiences that encourage curiosity and engagement., • Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting curriculum development and continuous school improvement.
