With over 40 years of experience, we're one of the UK's leading luggage and travel brands, continually pushing the boundaries of product innovation and bringing more than 150 new product ranges to market every year. \n Recognised as the UK's Most Trusted Luggage Brand 2025, we're an established, internationally recognised consumer brand with ambitious plans for continued growth. \n We're investing in our products, our people and our brands, and we're looking for an experienced Social & Content Executive to play a key role in how our brands show up across digital channels. \n The Opportunity \n We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Social & Content Executive with a proven track record of creating and managing content for a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, travel, retail or e-commerce brand. \n This is not a graduate or trainee position. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of day-to-day social and content activity, and confidently create content as well as manage the process around it. \n Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll help shape the social presence and content output of an established consumer brand, working across Instagram, TikTok, website, email and other digital channels. \n You'll be involved in everything from product launches and campaign content to photography, video, influencer activity, community management and customer-facing copy. \n What You'll Be Doing \n\n • Own the day-to-day management of our social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok.\n, • Develop and deliver engaging social content that strengthens brand awareness and drives product consideration.\n, • Personally create and capture social-first content, including Reels, TikToks, photography, Stories and behind-the-scenes content.\n, • Plan content calendars and manage the end-to-end process from idea and briefing through to creation, scheduling, publishing and reporting.\n, • Support the planning and delivery of product photography and video shoots, including helping with concepts, shot lists, props, locations and content requirements.\n, • Capture additional content during product launches, campaigns, photoshoots, retail activity and events.\n, • Write high-quality social captions, product descriptions, website copy, email content and other customer-facing communications.\n, • Support influencer, creator, PR and brand partnership activity, including identifying relevant opportunities and coordinating content.\n, • Create content supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail initiatives and commercial activity.\n, • Manage day-to-day community engagement across social channels, responding to comments, messages and customer interactions in the brand's tone of voice.\n, • Monitor social and content performance, report on key metrics and use insights to improve future content.\n, • Stay ahead of social trends, platform developments and emerging content formats, understanding which trends are relevant to the brand and which are not.\n, • Work closely with the Creative Director and wider marketing team to ensure all content is commercially effective and consistent with our brand identity and tone of voice.\n\n What We're Looking ForEssential \n\n • 2+ years' professional experience in social media, content marketing or digital content creation.\n, • Proven experience working for a consumer-facing brand, agency or e-commerce business.\n, • Demonstrable experience managing social channels, particularly Instagram and TikTok.\n, • A portfolio showing real examples of professional social and content work.\n, • Strong hands-on content creation skills, including short-form video, photography and social-first creative.\n, • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging, commercially effective customer-facing content.\n, • Experience creating content for products, campaigns, launches or consumer brands.\n, • Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour and platform best practice.\n, • Ability to manage content from concept through to production, publishing and performance analysis.\n, • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\n\n Highly Desirable \n\n • Experience working in fashion, lifestyle, travel, luggage, retail, beauty or another physical consumer-product category.\n, • Experience working with e-commerce brands and understanding how social content supports online sales.\n, • Experience with product photography and/or videography.\n, • Experience working with influencers, creators and UGC.\n, • Experience with email marketing and website content.\n, • Experience using social scheduling and analytics platforms.\n, • Experience supporting photoshoots, campaigns and product launches.\n, • Experience working within established brand guidelines and tone of voice.\n\n Important: Who This Role Is For \n We're looking for someone who already has professional social and content experience and is ready to take ownership. \n We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate professional work for a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, travel, retail or e-commerce brand. \n Why Join Us? \n\n • Join the UK's Most Trusted Luggage Brand 2025.\n, • Work on an established, internationally recognised consumer brand.\n, • Have genuine ownership of social and content activity.\n, • Work across product launches, campaigns, photography, video, influencers and e-commerce.\n, • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and wider marketing team.\n, • Work across a large and constantly evolving product portfolio, with 150+ new ranges launched every year.\n, • Be part of an ambitious period of growth and brand development.\n\n Please note this is NOT a hybrid role.
