We are looking for an experienced chef to work in our Mediterranean- style kitchen. All our food is marinated in house and cooked over hot coals so we need someone who is great at food prep, and can work in front of the grill. Ideally we are looking for someone local, with good experience working in a fast-paced kitchen and perhaps even in pubs. We want someone friendly, reliable and willing to learn- someone who will be an asset to our team. A good knowledge of how to cook meat is an added bonus. Other requirements will be, keeping kitchen clean and maintaining hygiene standards, talking to customers, and coming up with signature dishes for the menu.
