Inspired by Mediterranean and Turkish flavours, our concept brings together refined techniques, seasonal ingredients, and a modern presentation style. As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a Junior Pastry / Bakery Chef to join our opening team and support the development of our dessert and bakery section. Role Overview You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to deliver high-quality desserts, breads, and baked goods.
