Focus on WD are seeking skilled Workday Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist to join a newly formed team in a Market Leading end-user soon to go live with Multiple Modules across the HCM Product Suite. Job Title: Workday Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist Location: Remote working with occasional milestone travel Salary: £65,000 per annum - £75,000 per annum dependant on experience This is a Full Time Permanent position. Please be advised, Candidates must be in the UK with Right to Work. No Sponsorship available for this position. About the Role You will be joining an organisation who are heavily investing in Workday - soon to go live at the end of Q1/Start of Q2 next year this role will be perfect for an individual who is really looking to make an impact and shape the landscape of Workday Reporting within the business Key Responsibilities • Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards using:, • Advanced Reports, • Custom Reports, • Matrix and Composite Reports, • Workday Slides, • Dashboards and Discovery Boards, • Prism, • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of reporting outputs with data governance standards., • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday reporting best practices, tools, and features., • Support report optimisation, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc analytics requests., • Collaborate with Workday technical and functional teams on cross-functional initiatives., • 2-3 Years hands-on experience across the full Workday reporting suite, including:, • Advanced, Custom, Matrix, and Composite Reporting, • Workday Slides, • Dashboards and Discovery Boards, • Calculated Fields, • As a business we wholly and totally concentrate on recruitment for the Workday ecosystem, which means we know our area inside & out.
