We are looking for a senior chef de partie to join our team, someone who is looking to progress to junior sous. You must enjoy working in a team, be comfortable working on all sections of the kitchen, be hard working, punctual and reliable. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Neapolitan style Pizza Chef to join our team. Duties • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards, • Cook pizzas using wood fired oven to perfection using appropriate methods and equipment, • Ensure all food preparation adheres to food safety and hygiene regulations, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils, • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages, • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction, • Follow health and safety procedures at all times during food preparation and cooking processes Skills • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment, • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices, • Excellent skills in meal preparation, particularly pizza-making techniques, • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting, • Good organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control, • Experience with kitchen equipment used in pizza preparation, such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools, • Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills, • Previous experience in making Neapolitan pizza is highly desirable
