Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Duties Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the till system Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and customer areas throughout shifts Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly Experience Previous barista experience and qualifications are always a bonus. The successful candidate will have prior experience in preparing and cooking breakfast or brunch items and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
