About the Role: As Salon Manager, you play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer experiences, fostering staff motivation, and maintaining operational excellence. This leadership position requires effective management of people, customer relations, and salon operations while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with company standards. Support and lead the team with a hands-on leadership approach. Establish and manage staff rotas, making weekly corrections as necessary. Conduct team education sessions on brand ethos and trading standards. Evaluate team performance and identify talent for development. Salon Mangers will be providing treatments. Follow up on customer reviews and address complaints promptly. Enhance the customer journey and aftercare services. Keep the team updated on current projects and promotions. Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Manage salon duties, health and safety procedures, stock management, and stock takes. Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities to uphold salon standards. Role Responsibilities: • Ensure flawless treatments and customer experiences., • Foster a motivated, knowledgeable, and efficient team., • Lead by example as a Townhouse Ambassador., • Manage schedules to balance sales and team well-being., • Address customer reviews and complaints promptly., • Oversee daily salon operations, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards., • Manage stock levels, ordering, and security., • Evaluate and develop team performance., • Implement a local salon marketing plan and track results., • Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing., • Drive salon team to actively recommend and sell Townhouse nail care products tailored to each client’s needs, contributing to salon retail targets. Requirements and qualifications: • NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technology or an equivalent qualification., • Proven experience in salon management., • Strong leadership and team management skills., • Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures., • Demonstrated ability to drive high levels of customer satisfaction., • Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a salon environment., • Proficient in salon operations and compliance management., • This role involves weekend shift availability, to be scheduled fairly across the team Apply Now and Be Part of Our Exceptional Team!
