Personal Injury Litigator is required by a dynamic, fast paced and well established, multi-service Law firm in Blackburn, Lancashire. The successful Personal Injury Litigator will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Litigator. You will have strong interpersonal skills & case management system experience along with having the ability to manage your own workload effectively. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and relevant practice and business IT systems, particularly Mattersphere and Aderant. Responsibilities will involve handling a varied case load of pre-litigation NIHL work. Some supervision may also be required, however you will be overseen by the departmental Solicitors. This role would suit an experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive who is looking to propel their career, however applications from varied experienced personnel is also encouraged as the firm offers training facilities to assist with career progression.
