About the Role We are searching for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will oversee all back-of-house operations, from managing food costs and suppliers to mentoring the team and ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities What We're Looking For • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in an Italian/Pizzeria environment., • Proven ability to manage a kitchen budget and optimize gross profit margins., • A natural leader who can maintain composure under pressure during busy service periods., • Valid EU/UK Right to Work.
