Responsibilities: Oversee all gym operations, including staff management, member relations, facility upkeep, and financial performance. Recruit, train, and lead our team to maintain a high standard of service excellence. Strategise and execute effective marketing plans to attract and retain members. Analyse key performance metrics to drive business objectives and make necessary improvements. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, fostering a clean and safe environment for all. Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar fitness industry role is essential. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to motivate and inspire teams. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting member relationships. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and advancing business growth. Knowledge of fitness equipment and techniques is advantageous. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
