Job Purpose To facilitate and support the efficient and effective delivery of key Medical Affairs governance projects and activities across the KKI region while developing the student’s experience and knowledge of working within a global specialty pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the delivery of key Medical Affairs Governance projects and activities (e.g., Medical Affairs processes, Written Standards Management, Regional Medical Risk Management ) as deemed appropriate by your manager, • Project management assistance and participation to drive delivery and optimization of Medical Affairs processes (e.g., Evidence Generation, Medical Material Review and Approval, Grants and Sponsorships, Access to Medicines, Patient Support Programmes, • Develop and implement management monitoring and quality assurance for Medical Affairs activities to ensure compliance to KKI standards and statutory regulations, • Project Management support for key Medical Affairs change initiatives, • Assist in the development and generation of reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor the performance of KKI Medical Affairs processes, • Organize and participate in communication of Medical Affairs activities across the teams and the wider regional business, • Help maintain the internal Medical Affairs regional training matrix and database Qualifications Position Requirements: • You will be looking to complete a 12-month placement in your third or penultimate year of study, returning to your course at the end of the placement, • Studying a biomedical, science, or social science degree (or equivalent qualification) Kyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
