An independent school in West Kent is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead an established in-house team across a large and varied campus. With 80+ buildings across a 100-acre estate, the site supports academic, residential and specialist facilities and requires a strong operational manager to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll lead an 18-person maintenance team including electricians, plumbers, decorators and general maintenance operatives.
