PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR Job Overview: As a PPM coordinator, you will be responsible for organising contracted planned maintenance works across the south of England and Wales; Booking, scheduling, and organising the completion of each job from beginning to end and delivering relevant completion documents to our clients. Employer Description: SPS Fire and Security Limited specialises in the installation and maintenance of specialised security equipment, including Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, PAVA systems, VESDA systems, Intruder Alarms, Nurse Call Systems, Disabled Refuge Systems, Disabled Toilet Alarms, Barriers and Fire extinguishers. We are an ever-growing, all-inclusive team based in the south-west, with most of our sites situated in-and-around the Greater London area, including Kent and Essex also. If you don’t see a job posting that suits you, please send your CV directly to Who We’re Looking For (requirements): · Proven experience in the fire and security industry as an administrator with an understanding of how planned preventative maintenance is conducted. • Highly familiar with technology-based administrative interfaces, such as Microsoft office suite., • Well-developed communication skills, and professionalism., • Liaising with various departments of our administration team; PPM, Quotes, Service Desk, etc., • Cooperating with a workforce of ~20 field-based fire and security engineers. Schedule: • 8-Hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30AM - 16:30PM), • Overtime availability. Job Type: · Full-Time contract.
