Location: Egham Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (rota-based) Salary: £24,322 per annum About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our client’s team in Egham. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across a large, busy site. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities • Cleaning a wide range of areas including bathrooms, corridors, stairways, offices, communal areas, meeting rooms, fitness facilities, theatres, classrooms, and residential accommodation, • Carrying out general housekeeping duties such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins, and cleaning windows and paintwork, • Completing deep cleans during scheduled shutdowns or quieter periods, • Assisting with event set-up and post-event clean-up as required, • Adhering to departmental procedures, cleaning schedules, and health and safety guidelines, • Attending mandatory training, including COSHH and other relevant health and safety trainingWhat We’re Looking For, • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic, • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping (e.g. offices, hotels, care environments, hospitals, or similar), • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleaning procedures, • Good attention to detail and time management skillsPre-Employment Checks Successful applicants will be required to complete appropriate pre-employment checks, including references and background screening.
