Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading greenery company serving the film, television and events sectors? Palmbrokers invites motivated individuals to join our team at our expansive 18-acre site in Farnham Royal, Berkshire. With an extensive inventory of indigenous, tropical and temperate plants, artificial flowers, cut forestry, foliage, landscaping materials, and props, we specialise in creating breathtaking natural scenery and props for diverse projects across the UK and internationally.
As a crucial member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the efficient operation of our yard. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing equipment for loading and collection,
•
Selecting stock and meticulously preparing all orders for dispatch to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

Efficiently loading and unloading vehicles as per the daily logistics plan, handling items with care to maximise efficiency.

Checking in returned stock and ensuring proper storage and handling, promptly reporting any repairs or replacements needed.
•
Operating site machinery and tools (training provided as necessary) to support yard operations.
•
Maintaining a tidy and organised yard environment to foster a safe and productive workspace.
•
Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols to uphold personal and team well-being.
•
Championing recycling and material reuse initiatives to support our sustainability goals.

The ability to follow instructions meticulously and uphold a high standard of organisation is paramount. This role is dynamic, outdoors year-round, and physically demanding, requiring individuals who can perform effectively under pressure with acute attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role or within the greenery industry is beneficial but not essential. While forklift and telehandler tickets would be advantageous, we are committed to providing training for suitable candidates. A valid driving licence is required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4.30pm, 45 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Flexibility in hours may occasionally be required.
