The successful Personal Injury Litigator will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Litigator. You will have strong interpersonal skills & case management system experience along with having the ability to manage your own workload effectively. To read the relevant asylum and immigration law reports and other relevant materials. Ability to supervise other caseworkers and provide them with legal assistance as and when necessary. The specialist team all handle a variety of files surrounding Property Litigation and Housing Disrepair and you will be required to run your own caseload of both pre litigated and litigated files from start to finish. Person specification Applications are sought from experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners with at least 12 months' experience in Housing Disrepair. Experience in this area is essential, although a general property litigation background will also be considered.
