Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ - 3 Year PQE) Uppermill | Competitive Salary (DOE) A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an ambitious and driven Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team based in its Uppermill office. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a ready-made caseload and play a key role in the continued development of a successful Family Department. The Role: You will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, with a strong focus on Private Children Act proceedings and Divorce work, acting for both Applicants and Respondents. The role offers exposure to a broad range of matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work.
