About the Company We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Terminal Operations Manager to lead and optimise last-mile operations across the UK. About the Role This role will be responsible for developing operational strategies, improving terminal performance, and driving scalable growth across regional markets. Responsibilities โข Develop and implement annual operational plans and strategies for terminal operations across the UK, aligned with overall business objectives, โข Analyse regional market data (market size, trends, customer behaviour, competitors, and local policies) to support expansion and performance improvement, โข Establish and optimise operational processes and management systems across terminals, ensuring consistency and efficiency, โข Conduct regular performance analysis, identify operational issues, and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and service quality, โข Explore and pilot new operational models or commercial initiatives, and support successful replication across regions, โข Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and cost optimisation Qualifications โข Bachelorโs degree or above, โข 3โ5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management Required Skills โข Proven experience in regional operations or market expansion, โข Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions, โข Excellent problem-solving and execution skills, โข Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, โข Willingness to travel across regions within the UK Preferred Skills โข Experience in last-mile logistics (e.g. parcel delivery, pick-up/drop-off points, locker networks), โข Background in courier, e-commerce logistics, or platform-based operations, โข Experience in scaling operations or launching new business models Pay range and compensation package Salary: ยฃ43,000 โ ยฃ65,000 per annum Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of background.
