    London

It started with a little oven in a backyard... Twelve years on, that same energy has taken us to 17 shops across London, with shop 18 just around the corner (and plenty more to come!). Along the way, we've thrown some pretty unforgettable parties, teamed up with incredible people, raised money for causes close to us and served a lot of pizza to our neighbourhoods. Through it all, one thing hasn't changed, we've always done things our way: handmade, hand-delivered and always local at heart. We're a team of passionate people who love great food, good vibes and doing things our own way. We take pride in every pizza we make and bring energy, care and personality to every shift. As we continue to grow across London, we're looking for people who bring the buzz, give a sh*t, support their teammates and genuinely care about creating brilliant experiences for our customers and communities. It's a fast-paced, friendly environment where everyone plays a part in our success and has fun along the way. Now we're at a seriously exciting point of growth and we're looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations Team and help shape what's next! The Role: This role is all about driving operational excellence across multiple shops, building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding results! You'll work closely with our Shop Managers, supporting and developing them to deliver world-class pizza, exceptional customer service and strong commercial performance.
