No coffee experience necessary, however a history of working within the Food and Beverage industry will be paramount to your success. You will collaborate closely with marketing and internal teams to address range gaps, launch new products, and develop bespoke customer solutions.

You will play a central role when it comes to business development, customer support, sales and key account management etc.

Proven leadership and client management skills with a track record of building successful client relationships.

Job duties will involve developing a strong technical knowledge base of their chemical ingredients, and regularly visiting new and existing customers to develop relationships.

Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing customers. Understand customer needs, delivering tailored solutions for maximum satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
