Confident in managing challenging conversations and conflict situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong numeracy, negotiation ability and attention to detail. IT‑confident, with experience using housing management systems such as Civica, Orchard, MRI, or similar. Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a complex caseload independently. Experience preparing and presenting cases in court.
