Key Responsibilities: • Manage engineering projects and lead a small team to ensure timely and within budget-delivery, • Working across sectors including government, critical systems, data centres, healthcare, rail, workplace and residential, • Produce high-quality engineering designs, calculations, and specifications using advanced technical software, • Supervise and coordinate the production of technical drawings and reports, • Mentor and develop less experienced staff, fostering their professional growth, • Attend and actively participate in client and project meetings, • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues, • Ensure compliance with project management, QA, Environmental, and Health and Safety procedures. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline, • Proven technical competence and experience in managing engineering projects, • Strong ability to plan and programme work for yourself and others, • Commitment to supporting the professional development of team members, • Relevant experience working in a consultancy environment, • Knowledge of Amtech and Dialux is desirable, • Excellent communication skills and using initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
