Sales & Aftercare Manager Full-time Engineering We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales & Aftercare Manager to lead customer experience, after-sales revenue growth, and service contract development within A Product Support function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and growing service-based revenue streams. About the Role As the Sales & Aftercare Manager, you will take ownership of service contracts, post-delivery support, spares and repairs coordination, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Install & Service teams to ensure customers receive seamless support from installation through the life of their products. This is a key leadership position involving both hands-on management and strategic responsibility. What you’ll do • Look after our service contracts and grow them with new and existing customers., • Create quotes, process orders, and make sure everything runs to plan., • Coordinate spares and repairs, keeping customers updated along the way., • Work with teams across the business to ensure installations, aftercare, and support run seamlessly., • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally., • Support and guide the Product Support team to deliver great service.
