Job Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer Location: Merseyside (WA10) Salary: Up to £60K (DOE) + Allowances Shifts: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 16:00hrs Contract: Permanent Our client is a leading global Industrial Gases and Engineering company, delivering high quality, gas processing solutions for a variety of industries, including healthcare, chemical, manufacturing and food & beverage. You will be responsible for supervising contract personnel and actively support the sites SHEQ goals and targets. The successful E & I Engineer will have the following skills; • Qualified/Time Served within an Electrical/Instrumentation discipline., • Must have knowledge/experience working within a Chemical or Processing industry., • Must have detailed knowledge of Permit To Work procedures., • Must have some SHEQ knowledge/experience. IOSH/NEBOSH certification would be ideal., • Full UK driving licence., • Ability to work alone/on own initiative.

Desirable Skills • Background in glass manufacturing or other heavy industry., • Basic PLC fault finding., • Experience with Lean and CI tools such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and RCA., • IOSH or NEBOSH Health and Safety qualification.
