Process Engineer • 3 to 6 Month Contract with possibility to extend., • £300 to £350 per day., • Aerospace / Heavy Plant / Motorsport industry experience preferred., • Based in Staffordshire., • Map and document processes, producing clear SOPs, Work Instructions, and process flow documentation., • Review current production methods and identify improvements to safety, quality, and throughput., • Support trials, validation activities, and equipment capability studies., • Introduce and apply Lean/Six Sigma tools to reduce variation and improve process control., • Work with Operations, Quality, and HSE to ensure safe, compliant, repeatable processes., • Process engineering experience in general manufacturing, powder metallurgy, pressing, sintering, ceramics, or similar., • Strong documentation capability (SOPs, CP/FMEA, risk assessments)., • Understanding of process capability, variation control, and quality systems (ISO9001/AS9100).
