About the Role As a Barista, you will be the face of Ochu Coffee & Wellness, providing excellent customer service while preparing high quality hot and cold beverages. You will help create a warm and welcoming environment for customers from all walks of life. Experience working with children under five years old, or knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, would be beneficial but is not essential. Full support and training will be provided for the right candidate who is passionate about working with young children. There will also be opportunities to gain a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, making this an ideal first step into a fulfilling career in childcare or education. This role comes with the unique privilege of becoming an important part of young children’s lives and supporting families throughout their early years journey — there truly is no other role quite like it.
