What We’re Looking For • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children., • Level 3 or above qualification in child care, • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development., • Ability to work effectively as part of a team., • Commitment to inclusive and anti-discriminatory practice., • Willingness to undertake training, including first aid and basic medical procedures., • Flexibility to work shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
