Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in
food preparation and a keen
understanding of food safety standards.
This role requires excellent leadership
skills, as you will be supervising kitchen
sta] and ensuring that all dishes are
prepared to the highest quality. If you

Responsibilities
Supervise and manage kitchen
sta], ensuring e]ective team
management and collaboration.
Oversee food preparation
processes, ensuring adherence to
recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain high standards of food
safety and hygiene throughout the
kitchen.
Create and develop new menu
items that re_ect current culinary
trends and customer preferences.
Train and mentor junior cooks,
fostering a positive learning
environment.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment
is maintained in good working order.
Collaborate with front-of-house
sta] to ensure seamless service
delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and
assist with ordering supplies as
needed.
