Kitchen Staff / Grill Chef Wanted We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic kitchen team member to join our growing kitchen team. The successful candidate will be involved in grilling, cooking, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Grilling and cooking food to a high standard Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards Supporting the team during busy service periods Following kitchen procedures and health and safety guidelines Requirements: Experience in grilling and cooking Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills Commitment to cleanliness and food safety Desirable: Experience preparing African and Caribbean cuisine would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of traditional African and Caribbean dishes, flavours, and cooking techniques is welcomed.
