As an IMS Officer at HL Display, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System, encompassing Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards. Working closely with the Quality, Environmental, and H&S Managers, you will ensure that compliance, documentation, and system processes are maintained to the highest standards across the organization. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, not a purely administrative position. You will be responsible for supporting management systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with operational teams to maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities: • Support IMS Maintenance:, • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and development of the Integrated Management System to ensure continued certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards., • Documentation Control:, • Manage and update controlled documents, policies, procedures, and records in alignment with internal and external standards., • Internal Audits:, • Coordinate and support the internal audit schedule. Prepare audit plans, support auditors, and track non-conformance and corrective actions., • Data Collection & Reporting:, • Compile and analyse performance data related to quality, environmental, and health & safety metrics. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports., • Training & Awareness:, • Assist in organizing and delivering training and awareness sessions for staff related to IMS procedures, policies, and compliance requirements., • Corrective & Preventive Actions:, • Monitor and follow up on CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), ensuring timely closure and root cause analysis., • Regulatory & Standards Compliance:, • Support ongoing compliance with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements, including risk assessments, inspections, and audits., • Continuous Improvement:, • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
