Deliver elevated East Asian-inspired hospitality in a high-energy, futuristic setting with precision cocktails and 450,000+ songs. Key duties • Greet & welcome guests warmly, manage reservations & check-ins for private suites, • Seat groups efficiently, coordinate room allocations & flow with bar/karaoke team, • Handle queries, special requests & complaints professionally, • Keep entrance/lounge area pristine, organised & inviting, • Assist with promotions, upselling cocktails/food & event coordination, • Support during peaks (e.g. light hosting, guiding to suites), • Uphold health & safety standards Requirements • Experience as Host/Hostess (or front-of-house) in busy bar/lounge/nightlife venue – 2+ years preferred, • Outgoing, confident & energetic personality with strong communication skills, • Calm under pressure in fast-paced, late-night environments, • Passion for hospitality & creating memorable experiences, • Flexible for evenings, weekends & late shifts, • Right to work in UK What we offer • £15/hr base + tronc/tips (great earning potential), • Staff meals, • Training in luxury service & career growth, • Fun, dynamic team in a stunning West End venue
