✨🥂 SYON LOUNGE IS HIRING! 🥂✨ RECEPTIONIST / HOSTESS | BRENTFORD, LONDON 💎 A little glamour. A lot of personality. Exceptional energy. Do you have a bubbly personality, a natural smile, and the kind of energy that makes people gravitate towards you? Are you confident, outgoing, effortlessly sociable, and someone who genuinely enjoys being around people? Do you love a lively atmosphere, meeting new faces, and being part of something exciting? Then we might be looking for YOU! ✨ Syon Lounge is looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic, and well-presented Receptionist / Hostess to join our team and help create the unforgettable experience our guests come to expect. Set in a stunning rooftop setting, Syon Lounge brings together exquisite dining, luxury cocktails, premium shisha, music, and vibrant entertainment. It's a destination where the atmosphere matters just as much as the experience, and the right people make all the difference! We're looking for someone who doesn't just turn up to work, but genuinely brings something to the room. Someone with personality, enthusiasm, initiative, and a natural flair for hospitality. 💋 WHO ARE YOU? ✨ Bubbly, outgoing & full of life. You love interacting with people, making conversation, welcoming guests, and bringing positive energy to everything you do. Your smile is genuine, your attitude is infectious, and you understand the importance of making people feel welcome from the very first moment. 🥂 Confident & charismatic. You're comfortable approaching people, communicating with different personalities, and making guests feel at ease. You have a natural presence and know how to strike the perfect balance between friendly, engaging, and professional. 👑 Proactive & switched on. You're not someone who waits to be told what to do at every step. You notice the little things, anticipate guests' needs, stay organised, and take initiative. You understand that a great hostess is always attentive, alert, and ready to help. 💎 Polished & professional. You take pride in your appearance, your attitude, and the way you represent the venue. You understand that working in an upscale lounge means maintaining high standards while delivering service that feels warm, personal, and effortless. 🔥 Energetic & enthusiastic. This is a people-facing role in a lively hospitality environment. We want someone who enjoys the buzz, thrives on interaction, brings enthusiasm to every shift, and understands that their energy contributes to the overall guest experience. ✨ A genuine team player. You're reliable, punctual, organised, and willing to go the extra mile. You communicate well, remain composed when things get busy, and bring a positive attitude even during the most demanding moments. 🥂 WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE INVOLVE? Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm. Creating an outstanding first impression and setting the tone for the guest experience. Managing reservations, guest arrivals, seating arrangements, and enquiries. Maintaining a strong awareness of bookings, guest flow, and the overall atmosphere. Communicating effectively with the floor team and management to ensure everything runs smoothly. Providing attentive, professional assistance while helping maintain Syon Lounge's high standards. Staying organised, proactive, and engaging throughout busy services and events. Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or guest relations is a plus, but we're just as interested in your personality, attitude, and willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and top presentation skills are essential. ✨ WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? We want someone who brings their best to the role, and in return, we want to offer a positive, professional environment where people feel valued and have the opportunity to develop. 🥂 A vibrant atmosphere. Become part of a venue known for its dining, music, entertainment, and lively social scene. 💎 A great team environment. Work alongside people who value professionalism, teamwork, and delivering memorable experiences. 👑 The opportunity to shine. This is a role where your personality, confidence, and people skills can genuinely make a difference. ✨ Room to grow. Develop your hospitality experience, strengthen your skills, and build your confidence in an exciting, high-standard setting. 💫 A rewarding position. Salary, contract details, working schedule, and any additional benefits will be discussed with the successful candidate. 💌 THINK YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? We're not looking for someone who simply stands at the door and says hello. We're looking for someone who makes people feel welcome, brings the energy, takes pride in what they do, and helps turn a great night into an unforgettable experience. If you're bubbly, confident, full of enthusiasm, and ready to be part of the Syon Lounge experience, we'd love to hear from you! Please include a little introduction about yourself and why you think you'd be a great fit when applying! ✨ Bring the personality. Bring the energy. Bring the Syon spirit. ✨ 🥂 We can't wait to meet you!
