WHAT WE LOOK FOR? We are looking for an experienced (minimum 1 year in similar role) and skilled Chef De Partie to join us in our Piccadilly location. Your job role will include but will not be limited to: • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations;, • Preparing menu items as per recipe and/or instructions;, • Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards;, • Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with other Chefs;, • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment;, • Being organised and to have high attention to detail in order to deliver an outstanding service to our guest;, • Working without supervision;, • Training and mentoring the new joiner;, • Good time management and prioritising skills.
