DOME creates exciting, high-energy places where people come together, spanning nationwide festivals, meanwhile spaces on the Southbank, pop-ups, catering, and events across London, alongside our two Truffle Burger restaurants in central London. Our brands are quick-service and crowd-led, known for decadent, delicious and creative menus. By bringing together independent concepts under one roof, we create memorable, high-impact experiences that activate spaces and attract diverse audiences. Our teams span six street food brands within an immersive, traveling food hall across two floors. Each quick-service food brand operates from its own converted kitchen unit and is run by a close-knit team of around 10 people. You'll be part of a smaller team focused on one brand, while also working alongside a larger, collaborative food hall team. We're looking for • Experienced festival + quick-service pros only -- you must have worked on food units at speed and volume., • Available full-time for the full season (May--September 2026)., • Full legal right to work in the UK for full-time work., • Confident, resourceful, and ready for an intense, unforgettable summer! • Unit Managers -- kitchen/chef-manager background, people-focused, on top of every moving part., • Supervisors -- able to run shifts, manage 6--11 staff, support managers with admin., • BOH/ Line Cooks -- fast, clean, organised; grill experience essential., • Front of House -- manage massive queues, know the menu, deliver energetic, memorable service. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a professional who possesses a deep foundational knowledge of wine and the technical finesse to manage a high-pressure restaurant section. The Role This position requires a dual focus: providing expert wine service and acting as a lead waiter for a dedicated section. You will be responsible for the end-to-end guest experience, ensuring that service standards remain flawless while driving wine engagement at the table. Core Responsibilities: • Section Management: Overseeing a station with professional poise, taking food and beverage orders, and managing service timing., • Wine Service: Recommending pairings, performing professional decanting, and maintaining glassware standards., • Sales Integration: Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience through informed wine suggestions., • Cellar Support: Assisting the Head Sommelier with inventory management, bin organisation, and preparation for service.
