Location: Unit 4&5 Advance house Central Road Harlow CM20 2ST Hours: Part-time (Evenings & Weekends) Pay: £19,800 pro rata (paid weekly) Start Date: TBC About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our new cricket programme as a Part-Time Cricket Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sports background who enjoys working in a team environment and supporting community sport. Responsibilities • Assisting with cricket training sessions and matches, • Setting up and packing away equipment, • Supporting players and coaches during sessions, • Helping with general organisation and administration as needed Requirements • Aged 18 or over, • Background or experience in sports (cricket experience preferred), • Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable, • Able to work evenings and weekends, • Good communication and teamwork skills Benefits • Weekly pay (£19,800 pro rata), • Opportunity to gain sports coaching experience, • Supportive, community-based environment
