We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef to join our friendly and talented kitchen team at our busy independent Mediterranean restaurant situated in Dorking High Street. We serve fresh, Mediterranean-inspired food using quality ingredients For the Head Chef role, you will: • Lead and motivate the kitchen team, • Be hands-on and confident during service, • Take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen, • Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation, • Organise kitchen sections and ensure efficient service, • Maintain excellent food hygiene standards, • 40 -45 hours per week, • No late nights – kitchen closes around 9–9.30pm, • Friendly, close-knit team, • Fresh, quality Mediterranean ingredients, • Staff food / discounted food, • Opportunity to develop within an independent restaurant, • Head Chef salary up to £49K plus tips, • ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE FOR HEAD CHEF We’re also looking for a Second Chef Salary circa £32,500 plus tips Experience working a busy service is essential for the Head Chef position.
