Providing administrative support to Directors and enhance office effectiveness
· Handling communication with clients, vendors and banks
· Prepare invoicing and allocation of funds
· Answer and direct phone calls and keep clear notes where relevant
· Conduct statistical/documentary research
· Draft change in documentation for aircraft leasing, NDA and Purchase Agreements
· Excellent secretarial and organisational skills
· Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
· Organise logistics and maintain calendars, including all appointments, tender deadlines, meetings, and all necessary dates regarding operational work
Ensure electronic and hard copy document management files are kept up to date and are complete and orderly (including filing of emails and correspondence) when active and once closed that they are archived;
Competencies
· Proficient in Word/Outlook / Excel / Powerpoint
· Proficiency in English
· Administrative and document management experience
· Superior organisation, administration and communication skills to undertake work at a high-level and of a confidential nature
· Ability to efficiently manage own time and prioritise workflow
· Supportive of and able to demonstrate agile and flexible working
Job Type: Full-time Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year DOE
