In Autumn 2026 we will be moving into a brand new manufacturing facility in Greenford to support the next ten years of growth. Role Purpose The Purchasing Administrator supports the Purchasing Manager in ensuring raw materials, ingredients and packaging are ordered accurately and delivered on time to support production. This role is key to maintaining smooth day-to-day purchasing operations, managing supplier communication and keeping purchasing records accurate. Key Responsibilities Purchasing & Order Management • Raise purchase orders for ingredients, packaging and other production materials, • Track and monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery, • Maintain accurate purchasing records in internal systems, • Update delivery schedules and communicate changes with production and warehouse teams Supplier Coordination • Liaise with suppliers regarding order confirmations, lead times and delivery updates, • Support the Purchasing Manager in managing supplier relationships, • Resolve basic order or delivery queries Stock & Inventory Support • Assist with monitoring stock levels of key ingredients and packaging, • Flag potential shortages or delays, • Support stock reconciliation and reporting Administration & Data Management • Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and supplier information, • Update pricing and product data, • Assist with purchase order matching and invoice queries Cross-Team Coordination • Work closely with production, warehouse and finance teams, • Ensure purchasing information is communicated clearly across departments Skills & ExperienceEssential • Strong organisational and administrative skills, • High attention to detail, • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory management systems, • Good communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Desirable • Experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain administration, • Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, • Familiarity with stock management systems About You • Highly organised and proactive, • Strong attention to detail, • Good problem-solving mindset, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, • Team player with a collaborative approach Why Join Us • Be part of a growing, mission-led company that’s redefining what good food means., • Collaborate with a passionate and supportive team., • Work in an environment that values sustainability, people, and purpose as much as performance.
