Role Description We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Account Manager to lead one of our key client accounts. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of always-on social work streams, alongside larger campaigns and content series, ensuring everything we deliver is strategically aligned, creatively strong and executed to the highest standard. This role sits at the centre of the account, owning client relationships, driving project delivery and ensuring our work consistently delivers against both creative and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities • Be the primary day-to-day contact for your client, building strong, trusted relationships, • Lead and manage always-on (BAU) social workstreams, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery, • Oversee larger campaign and content series delivery from briefing through to execution, • Own timelines, budgets and resourcing, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, • Work closely with creative, social and production teams to bring ideas to life, • Ensure all work aligns with platform best practice and delivers against performance objectives, • Manage content production and shoots, ensuring all required assets are captured effectively, • Maintain clear and proactive communication across clients and internal teams, • Identify risks early and problem-solve quickly to keep projects on track, • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on time and to the expected standard, • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across ways of working What We're Looking For • 3+ years experience in an account management or project management role, ideally within a social or creative agency, • Exceptionally organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail, • Confident managing multiple work streams at once in a fast-paced environment, • Strong client management skills, able to build trust and handle conversations with confidence, • Experience delivering always-on social alongside larger campaign work, • A strong understanding of social platforms, content formats and performance drivers, • Commercially aware; understands how social work ties back to business outcomes, • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Calm under pressure, with the ability to prioritise effectively
