The ideal person for the job is someone who has a great eye for detail and who understands what great service is. The role will involve serving customers with a friendly but efficient style, maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and organisation and opening and closing the venue. Overall we’re looking for someone to make sure service runs smoothly and that everyone has a wonderful time! Responsibilities As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service., • Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures., • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue., • Conducting daily service briefings and providing ongoing training on menu items, wines, and cocktails., • Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly., • Collaborating closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to achieve operational goals. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: • A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service., • Previous management experience is preferred but not essential., • A passion for hospitality and the ability to inspire enthusiasm in others., • Flexibility to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
